How to register

Register for a My Family Lounge account. If you already have an account, simply sign in!
Please fill out the enrolment forms and tell us about you, your child and any bookings that you require.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will then be able to download the My Family Lounge app where you can view all your details and bookings.
Please ensure you approve us as the provider on your MyGov account should you wish to receive any Child Care Subsidy.
